'Lost' Star to Get Written off?

Ran across this article about a certain "Lost" star supposedly annoying the behind-the-scene folks so much that they are going to get rid of him/her at the earliest opportunity. (I decided if you want to be spoiled fully, you'll have to actually click the link. ETA: Or if you click on the comments, people may also be speaking freely about this.).

I personally hope this is just a rumor, because I think this character offers a lot of potential and I can think of a whole bunch who I would rather see get the axe starting with ones who are pretty much untouchable. But if it's true, I want the writers to at least give the character a heroic death rather than the loser's exits that Boone and Shannon have suffered.
