- They were the most talented contestants so far, but sadly, we've seen the last of the Brittenum twins on "American Idol."
- Raoul mentioned it earlier, but you get the feeling, after reading the AP's rundown on Richard Hatch's tax evasion trial, that this assclown really thought he could trick the IRS and get away with it. Smarter, though maybe not sneakier or more lame, people than he have tried and failed, and it's tough to muster up a lot of sympathy for him when, again, he just comes off as such an assclown.
- "Beavis & Butthead" and "Laguna Beach" for the video iPod … simply delightful.
- Remember "Saturday Night Live's" "Lazy Sunday" ("Chronicles of Narnia") rap, with Andy Samberg and Chris Parnell? The "West Coast" response--from actor Mark Feuerstein ("Good Morning, Miami") and pals—is "Lazy Monday" ("Color Me Mine") and it is must-see-TV spoofing.
- Larry's agent, a.k.a. "Curb Your Enthusiasm's" Jeff Garlin, is getting his own variety/reality/comedy/show-within-a-show, uh, show. How's that for a new genre?
- Amy Acker's getting bumped from guest star to series regular on "Alias." She's awesome as baddie Kelly, but it must be tough to get too excited about a job promotion when you know the company's going out of business in a few months, huh?
- "Will & Grace" star Megan Mullally's fall 2006 talk show sounds like it'll be a lot like Ellen DeGeneres' talk show.
