Red Eye is ranking Kara "Starbuck" Thrace as the best character on TV, whomping Jack Bauer in a head-to-head vote. I hate to be critical here, but unless you're Dwight Schrute, Starbuck isn't even the best character on "Battlestar Galactica." I think it's fair that most people would put one or more of the following above her: Bill Adama, Gaius Baltar, Laura Roslin and Six.
